High-Temperature Fiberglass Sealed Tube
Three-Layer Structure · How It Works
Unlike ordinary silicone door seals, this sealed tube uses a composite structure of fiberglass braid plus an embedded spring steel wire mesh. It withstands 600°C continuous exposure while still delivering the elastic rebound needed to fill a door gap.
Alkali-Free Fiberglass Braid
High-density alkali-free glass fiber braid, rated to 600°C, abrasion and corrosion resistant. Natural silver-grey finish; can be coated with water-based high-temperature paint to match your equipment colour.
Spring Steel Wire Mesh
A spring steel wire mesh embedded in the inner layer provides the elastic restoring force. It compresses when the door closes and pushes the braid outward to fill the gap; after the door opens it springs back to shape.
Elastic Gap Filling
When the equipment door closes, the spring mesh compresses and forces the fiberglass braid into a tight seal against the gap, delivering reliable high-temperature sealing.
Available Versions
Standard Version
Basic fiberglass braid plus spring steel mesh, for channel mounting or clamping bar fixing. Commonly used in pizza ovens and baking oven door frames.
Clip-Mounted Version
Metal fixing clips pre-installed around the perimeter, so it clips straight into the door frame mounting holes. Quick, secure installation for assembly-line use.
Adhesive-Backed Version
Backed with 3M 9448A high-tack double-sided tape. Peel off the release liner and press onto the door frame — no tooling, suitable for DIY or small-batch use.
